George Guy
Principal Consultant
George Guy is the Principal of 572 Solutions, a strategic advisory and consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen leadership, build capacity, and create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities they serve.

With more than 30 years of nonprofit and community development experience, including nearly 20 years as a chief executive officer, George has built a career around transforming organizations, developing leaders, and fostering partnerships that drive sustainable results.
His expertise spans strategic planning and implementation, organizational assessment, governance, leadership development, affordable housing and community development, and cross-sector collaboration.
Throughout his career, George has led organizations through periods of growth, change, and innovation by aligning mission, people, and
strategy. He is recognized for his ability to bring diverse stakeholders together, navigate complex challenges, and create practical solutions that position organizations for long-term success.
George has served in numerous national and regional leadership roles, including President of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), trustee of the Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA), and member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago's Community and Economic Development Advisory Council.
